Terms of service > Our working terms are fairly straightforward and aim to inform you about some smaller details of the services we provide. They address things like postal submissions and returns and other small charges.

Postal Submission of photographs and slides
Please note that we need prior consent by signature for you to forward any photo prints or slides. Where returns postage hasn’t been included we will charge appropriate postage rates.

Digital Submission of photo images
Please follow the guidelines on our website. The quality of your final photo print depends on the detail quality of your original submission. We will advise on poor quality submissions.

Payment for services and goods
For digital photo editing services we only charge when work is completed as outlined on an agreed quote and a digital copy of your work is assessed on-line. There are therefore no service refunds after the receipt of a digital image. However, any issues post release will be dealt with fairly. Posted photo CDs are £2.50. Third party card payment is free of charge and releases your photo work quickly. Cheque and bank transfer payable to Corden Design is available but may take 3 or more days to clear in order to release your work.

Photo Giftware
We cannot guarantee an exact colour or tonal match from your digital images for textile gifts as to what you may see onscreen - this is to do with the textile printing process and the fact that computer monitor settings vary. Product pricing includes postage & packing.
Secure online payment provided by PayPal. We also accept arranged cheque payment and bank transfers.
