How the service works > To have a photo 'phixed' simply send us a digital image or an actual photo print or slide that we can work on - follow the photo submission advice below. After submission and agreeing to a quote we'll get to work. You'll only pay for your final image after completion, after which we will make your photo available for download on our website. Posted CDs are also available.

	Submit an image by upload, e-mail or by post then simply agree to a job quote for us to start work on your photo project.
	Preview and review work on a web page - usually presented within 5 business days. Images are copy protected at this stage.
	Pay to release your work when complete - we then make your image available for download to your PC or we can post you a CD.

ON-LINE SUBMISSION - Submit via our website upload service or by e-mail. If submitting scanned photos please make sure your scanner surface is free of dust and smears! Scan your photo between 300-600dpi (dots per inch) resolution in RGB colour even if black and white and save this as a JPG image file (low compression but not exceeding 4Mb file size). NB An 8 by 6 inch photograph should be at least 2400 pixels on longest side.

POSTAL SUBMISSION - Make sure your photo is packaged safely and then send to us through Royal Mail's special delivery service. We recommend that you place your print in a waterproof sleeve and for protection insert and secure between stiff card within your postal envelope. Use this submission form for job details to accompany your photo. Clearly mark a 'do not bend' notice on your envelope.

Secure online payment provided by PayPal. We also accept arranged cheque payment and bank transfers.
