Below are answers to some basic but frequently asked questions. 1. I've lost track of my user and passwords details, how do i get them again? Simply e-mail or phone us in order to have your login password reset. 2. How long does it take and how do I get to see photo alterations? Usually photo work is presented on our website within 5 working days depending on the level of work being done - if you have a special date in mind we can fast track it for you at a reasonable charge. Time scales will always be outlined on enquiry. 3. How can I get my photo to you? If you are posting a photo to us you must read the basic advice on our website to ensure safe mailing and return. Most digital submissions are made on-line either by an upload on a customer area on our website or via an e-mail. 4. If I'm not happy with an aspect of my photo job, what happens then? Simply let us know what we have to put right, we'll then update the work for you as instructed. Remember, you'll only pay when work is complete. 5. I don't want to pay on-line, are there alternative payment methods? On-line payment releases your work the quickest but you can also pay for your service by arranged bank transfer and cheque payment. 6. How do I get my final photograph? We provide your final photo as a digital image to take to your local photo shop for new prints. You can download your 'phixed' image from our website after making payment or we can provide a CD for a fairly small charge. We don't sell prints. Secure online payment provided by PayPal. We also accept arranged cheque payment and bank transfers.
